  besides the tables and menu's being a little dirty with grease and bbq sauce, the staff is pretty cool. The dude with the beard, I think his name is Matt and the Assistant Manager Naz will try to accommodate you the best they can. The food is delicious except they may need to bring out the ribs a little bit hotter, they seem to be have sit in room temperature for too long. Get their early on the weekends because after 8:00 PM there is a long wait, I would say an average of 40 minutes.

  This is a very bad place. If you are planning to go there, instead think about somewhere else. The restaurant HATES CHILDREN. Once, my family went there and the lady there didn't let us in when almost ALL the tables were empty. Once again, maybe cook a homemade meal. And, the lady tried to kick
  us out JUST BECAUSE WE HAVE CHILDREN!!!
